Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will oversee financial reporting for the SEA region, working closely with local finance teams and corporate finance. This senior position involves ensuring compliance, optimizing tax planning, and driving process improvements across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements for SEA regions, identifying and reporting abnormal items.
• Collaborate with corporate finance to design and monitor optimized tax planning while ensuring compliance with national and regional regulations.
• Monitor, review, and redesign operational processes to meet statutory and internal policy requirements.
• Act as deputy to the SEA Finance Manager and serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and oversee SAP rollout and digitalization projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years in a managerial finance role and over 10 years total experience in finance and accounting.
• Proven experience with consolidation reporting and tax planning.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and internal control standards.
