Finance Business Partner

About the role

Haleon, a consumer health company with brands such as Sensodyne, Panadol, Advil, Voltaren, Theraflu, Otrivin and Centrum, is looking for a Finance Business Partner. You will shape business performance through insight, challenge and decision support, working closely with commercial and cross-functional leaders to drive plans and forecasts, evaluate investments and support decisions that enable profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted finance partner to commercial and cross-functional leaders, supporting the market FD and commercial team on the business growth agenda.
• Lead or support key finance processes such as closing, reporting, forecasting and budgeting for Sales, trade spending, A&P and Opex, with support from the shared services team.
• Build business cases and P&Ls for innovation, portfolio and revenue management initiatives, guiding go/no-go decisions and tracking benefits.
• Support the pricing and trade spending management process so it aligns with overall business strategy.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and project support to regional and commercial stakeholders as business needs evolve.

Required profile

• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility across teams.
• Experience in business case evaluation and investment analysis.
• Strategic and analytical thinker who can challenge constructively, simplify complexity and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Exposure to auditing, controlling, statutory accounting and commercial spend management is an advantage.
• Consumer healthcare, FMCG retail or industry experience is an advantage.
