Finance and Enterprise Transformation Consultant

About the role

EY is hiring a consultant or senior consultant for its finance and enterprise transformation advisory practice in Taipei. Projects cover finance digitalization, people and organizational change, and the role lets you grow into a well-rounded transformation advisor. You will work in cross-disciplinary teams combining finance, HR and operations perspectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support finance digital transformation: budgeting and forecasting process design and system implementation, consolidation process design and system implementation, management reporting design and optimization, and KPI and performance measurement design
• Deliver people capital consulting: organization structure and workforce design, HR policies and compensation framework optimization, performance management and incentive design, and succession planning
• Contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives: target operating model redesign (process, organization, technology), culture shaping and change management

Required profile

• Fluent English (reading, writing and speaking)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
• Team player who is self-motivated, adaptable and eager to learn
• Logical thinking and design thinking skills
• Nice to have: experience in auditing, accounting or finance; experience in finance or enterprise transformation projects; interest or experience in organization and HR transformation; CPA/CIA/CMA or other professional certification; interest in AI and digital transformation

Required skills

• Experience with or willingness to learn digital technologies such as EPM, BI, RPA and finance automation tools
