About the role
We are seeking a Finance & Accounting Analyst to support global operations from our headquarters. The role focuses on accurate daily accounting entries, bank reconciliations and assisting audit preparations.
Key responsibilities
- Record daily transactional accounting entries (AR/AP/GL) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform bank reconciliations and follow‑up on opening items.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation breakdowns.
- Assist with audit preparations.
- Handle customer‑related matters such as statements of account and accounts receivable.
- Execute ad‑hoc assignments as required.
Required profile
- University degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to data and numbers.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in a CPA firm or a similar role in a multinational company is a plus.
