职位概况
负责在大堂酒吧迎接并安排客人入座，处理预订及特殊需求，确保宾客拥有最佳用餐体验。
主要职责
- 迎宾、微笑问候并使用客人姓名称呼。
- 接听电话、记录并管理餐厅预订及客人偏好。
- 向厨房或主管传递特殊需求信息。
- 掌握并向团队更新酒店活动、促销等最新资讯。
- 引导客人就座、交接给领班并协助残障人士。
- 确保餐桌摆设完整、执行开闭店作业。
任职要求
- 相关领域大专学历或文凭优先。
- 至少1年类似岗位经验。
- 熟练的电脑操作能力。
- 能够在台湾合法工作。
