Facility Engineer – Facility Systems Management

About the role

The Facility Engineer will oversee the operation and maintenance of all building systems, including electrical, HVAC, water, fire‑extinguishing, and IT data‑center infrastructure. The role ensures rapid response to incidents, drives continuous improvement, and supports new office construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operation of facility systems such as electrical, air handling, water, fire‑extinguishing, and central control.
• Respond to emergency situations and abnormal events affecting facility systems.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for energy efficiency and cost reduction.
• Plan, design, and execute rectification projects for facility systems.
• Coordinate with employees to fulfill facility‑related service requests.
• Oversee MEP engineering construction schedules for new office buildings.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing facility systems.
• Background in MEP construction management for new building projects.
• Ability to work independently on office building sites.
• Strong teamwork, execution, communication, and learning mindset.
• Experience collaborating across teams and with suppliers.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.

Required skills
