EUC Onsite Support Engineer

About the role

The EUC Onsite Support Engineer provides end‑user compute (EUC) assistance directly at the client’s office in Hsinchu, Taiwan. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality desktop and laptop support for Windows environments and Microsoft 365 applications, primarily for VIP users.

Key responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktop and laptop hardware and software issues.
• Support and resolve problems with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Assist users with Microsoft O365 (Microsoft 365) applications.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of conference devices, projectors, and meeting‑room equipment.
• Deploy and troubleshoot SCCM client installations.
• Document all support activities in the IT incident and request fulfillment tool (preferably ServiceNow).
• Provide concierge‑level support to VIP users, ensuring a customer‑centric approach.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in end‑user compute (deskside) support.
• Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Excellent customer handling abilities and experience supporting VIP users.
• Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to work 100% onsite at the client location.

Required skills

• Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Hardware troubleshooting for desktops and laptops.
• Microsoft 365 (O365) applications.
• SCCM client installation and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune (desired).
• Fundamental networking concepts.
