Electronic Warehouse Management Specialist

We are a leading company in the wireless broadband communications industry seeking a talented professional with a winning attitude to manage our electronic warehouse operations. The role involves overseeing material receipt, storage, issuance, inventory control, and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and inspect materials according to standard operating procedures, verify quantity and quality, and report anomalies.
• Arrange storage locations based on material characteristics, ensuring safety, accessibility, and compliance with hygiene standards.
• Issue materials accurately and promptly to support production plans, coordinating internal logistics between storage areas and production lines.
• Conduct regular inventories, reconcile records with physical stock, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain material data in warehouse management systems (ERP, SFCS, WMS) to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with procurement and production departments to resolve supply and usage issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, propose rationalization suggestions, and adopt new warehouse technologies.
