Ecosystem Partnerships Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Ecosystem Partnerships Manager to expand Reap’s presence within the Web3 ecosystem across APAC and LATAM. The role focuses on building strategic, non‑commercial relationships with chain foundations, protocol teams and developer communities to drive joint initiatives, hackathons and co‑marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate relationships with blockchain foundations, protocol teams and builder communities in APAC and LATAM.
• Plan, co‑host and manage hackathons, workshops and community events with ecosystem partners.
• Lead co‑marketing campaigns, joint content creation, cross‑promotion and integration listings.
• Represent Reap at major industry conferences such as Token2049 and CoinFest.
• Scout new partnership and distribution opportunities and shape appropriate engagement models.
• Provide market and community insights to inform the broader go‑to‑market strategy.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in ecosystem partnerships, developer relations, community business development or growth partnerships within Web3, crypto or gaming.
• Established network of contacts across chain foundations, protocol communities and builder networks, preferably in APAC and/or LATAM.
• Proven experience organising events, hackathons or joint initiatives with external partners.
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments where value is generated over time.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills with sound judgment on partnership progression.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including stablecoins and blockchain protocols.
• Experience with community engagement and co‑marketing strategies.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams (Partnerships, Marketing, Product).
