E-Marketing Assistant Manager – Digital & E‑Commerce

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic E‑Marketing Assistant Manager to join our team in Taipei. You will play a key part in shaping and executing the brand’s digital marketing and e‑commerce strategies, driving online growth and enhancing the consumer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the brand’s own e‑commerce platforms and analyse performance data to optimise the consumer journey, increase sales and maximise ROI.
• Develop and execute tailored digital marketing strategies for e‑Key Account (E‑KA) channels, acting as a strategic advisor.
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities across the digital ecosystem (brand site, social media, E‑KA) and propose innovative initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.

Required profile

• Digitally‑savvy marketer with a strong understanding of the beauty landscape.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong capacity for collaboration.
• Over 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing or e‑commerce, preferably in beauty, consumer goods or pure‑play online environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and project‑management abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Business proficiency in English.
