DUV Equipment Instructor – Global Training Center

About the role

ASML’s Customer Support Global Training Center in Linkou, Taiwan, is seeking a DUV Equipment Instructor. You will design and deliver technical training that equips engineers with the knowledge and skills to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot DUV lithography scanners in high‑volume fab environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led, web‑based, and case‑based training sessions on DUV lithography equipment for internal and selected customer engineers.
• Develop, review, and continuously improve training programs using blended learning approaches.
• Maintain training machines, tools, and related equipment to ensure safe and reliable training conditions.
• Ensure all training activities comply with safety regulations and operational standards.
• Collaborate with Development & Engineering and Customer Support teams to keep training content aligned with system updates and field needs.
• Support global training initiatives, including international delivery and cross‑site collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience in technical training delivery, knowledge transfer, or structured technical instruction.
• Strong interest and aptitude for teaching, coaching, and developing others.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work a shift‑based schedule (4‑days‑on / 3‑days‑off) and travel as required.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with semiconductor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of DUV lithography equipment (strong plus).
• Instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
• Ability to work in classroom, laboratory, and cleanroom environments.
