Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to turn large, complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive product and operational decisions. You will work closely with product, marketing and business teams to translate questions into structured analyses and deliver results through reports and dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns and actionable insights.
• Design, define and monitor core business KPIs to evaluate product and operational performance.
• Partner with product, marketing and business teams to translate business questions into structured data analysis.
• Deliver clear, concise, data‑driven insights to stakeholders through presentations and reports.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that enable self‑service analytics.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and emerging business needs.
• Validate data quality and collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data integrity.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a data‑driven role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Interest or background in sports, gaming or related industries is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of SQL (MySQL, Redshift).
• Familiarity with Python for data manipulation.
• Experience with ETL pipelines and Airflow.
• Proficiency in BI and data‑visualisation tools, preferably Metabase.
• Understanding of relational databases and data‑warehouse concepts.
