Cyber Strategy & Transformation Manager

About the role

The Cyber Strategy & Transformation Manager leads the design and delivery of comprehensive cybersecurity solutions for clients across Taiwan. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on implementation to reduce vulnerabilities, strengthen security controls, and align risk management with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to design, implement, and optimise cybersecurity solutions that support client digital resilience.
• Translate client business strategies into sustainable risk‑management frameworks and actionable security road‑maps.
• Provide expert guidance on end‑to‑end risk management systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective decision‑making.
• Oversee project delivery, guaranteeing timely completion while maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Produce high‑quality reports and presentations, applying critical thinking and sound judgment.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to add strategic value.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience applying security and IT management standards such as ISO 27001 and CSA.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCNP, PMP) are a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent communication and presentation skills.
