About the role

VitalAire, the medical division of Air Liquide, provides respiratory care solutions for healthcare professionals and patients across Taipei, Taoyuan and Nantou. It is looking for a Customer Service Engineer to handle home care equipment, including installation, maintenance and after-sales support.

Key responsibilities

Deliver home care equipment to customers and carry out installation
Maintain and service home care equipment
Manage patient contracts, including renewals and returns
Assist with accounts receivable and inventory management
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors

Required profile

Owns a car and holds a driver's licence (mileage allowance applies)
High mobility and willingness to travel to clients
Able to work on-call
