Customer Project Engineer

About the role

The Customer Project Engineer supports project management activities for Philips' health‑technology solutions in Taiwan. You will coordinate documentation, schedules, and on‑site activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site visits, take measurements, identify constraints, and develop equipment layout drawings for customer communication.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, including contracts and Statements of Work.
• Coordinate project schedules, meetings, venue bookings, and travel arrangements for the project team.
• Monitor progress of deliverables, track quality and deadlines, and communicate any issues.
• Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and customers, ensuring updates are accurately conveyed.
• Enter, update, and manage project data in internal systems, keeping records error‑free.
• Compile data for detailed progress reports and ensure timely delivery.
• Track project expenses and budgets, reporting discrepancies to the project manager.
• Identify, document, and help manage potential project risks and issues.
• Respond to basic inquiries, provide status updates, and escalate complex matters as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Engineering, Biomedical or Science.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management, Customer Service or a related field.
