Customer Account Specialist

About the role

Analog Devices is hiring a Customer Account Specialist (CAS) in Taipei. The CAS works closely with the ADI Account Team to manage the assigned customer's demand stream, acting as a liaison between the customer, ADI sales, the franchised distributor and ADI manufacturing. The goal is to keep customer requirements aligned with ADI's supply by gathering data and completing the required analysis, while handling a high-pressure environment with rapidly changing data and short deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate across Business Unit and Manufacturing functions (Sales, Customer Service, Planning/Mfg) to align forecasts and revenue plans, and support key business strategies
• Build key relationships with ADI's customers and identify issues, communicating recommendations to executive leadership
• Manage critical supply chain situations, give status updates and lead customer meetings
• Understand the supply position at each stage of production and coordinate with the Global Supply Manager on forecasted quantities
• Review customer forecast data for accuracy, question forecast issues, and coordinate Supply Health reports
• Maintain dashboards, review shipment history and backlog, and ensure purchase backlog coverage matches end-customer backlog and forecast
• Assist Sales in submitting quotes in the system and sample applications

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin
• Organized, multitasking, with a macro perspective
• Experience in operations or supply chain management preferred
• Willingness to travel about 10% of the time; first shift, days
