主要职责
- 制定 CRM 策略藍圖，將商業挑戰轉化為具體轉型路徑。
- 管理 CRM 導入專案全生命周期，包括範疇、時程與風險控管。
- 深度經營客戶關係，提供前瞻性應用建議。
- 領導顧問與技術專家團隊，推動目標達成與成員成長。
任职要求
- 具備卓越的商業應用提案與論述能力。
- 擁有企業級 CRM 系統（如 Salesforce、Microsoft Dynamics）專案建置與管理經驗。
- 善於與高階主管溝通，建立信任關係。
- 具備團隊領導與問題解決經驗。
