Corporate Affairs Manager

About the role

The Corporate Affairs Manager will shape the Optimal Business Climate for HEINEKEN Taiwan by developing and executing policy advocacy, stakeholder engagement, external communications and sustainability strategies. This individual contributor role translates complex business, policy, social and environmental topics into data‑driven narratives that highlight HEINEKEN Taiwan’s positive impact.

Key responsibilities

• Craft evidence‑based narratives, key messages, briefing documents and position papers that align with corporate priorities.
• Map and engage government agencies, legislators, industry associations and other stakeholders to advance business and policy objectives.
• Partner with Communications, Legal, Finance, Commercial and other functions to ensure consistent messaging.
• Identify risks and opportunities, provide strategic advice and drive execution of agreed actions.
• Continuously strengthen business acumen and stay informed on policy and sustainability developments.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with end‑to‑end ownership of projects and advocacy programs.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate data and business insights into compelling stories.
• Deep understanding of stakeholder interests, influence levels and alignment opportunities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple functions.
