Consultant, Client Training and Education

About the role

Join Mastercard Advisors as a Consultant in the Client Training and Education team, where you will develop and deliver eLearning and virtual training programs for globally strategic clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop eLearning and virtual training programs for large, strategically important global clients.
• Collect, analyze, and triangulate information from multiple sources to create effective training materials.
• Apply a range of eLearning and virtual training techniques to construct lessons and resources.
• Structure and prepare training courses and presentations, and present drafts to stakeholders for feedback.
• Plan and manage work to meet project budget and timeline expectations.
• Extract intellectual capital from engagements and share tools, methods, and best practices across projects.
• Build a network of contacts across Mastercard to support information gathering and training development.

Required profile

• Demonstrable consulting and training skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (advanced degree preferred).
• Professional-level English language capability.
• Strong presence and communication skills, both interpersonal and written.
• Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to collaborate across multiple communication channels.
• Proven team player able to work with all levels in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
