Construction Project Manager – Lead Projects & Teams

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of construction and workplace projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects meet time, cost, quality and performance targets while coordinating diverse stakeholder groups.

Key responsibilities

• Define project success criteria and develop detailed plans, schedules and budgets.
• Monitor finances in partnership with the quantity surveyor team and manage change control processes.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams, facilitate communication and ensure information flow through meetings and written updates.
• Maintain project governance, prepare progress reports and ensure compliance with quality, safety, health and environmental standards.
• Act as primary contact for clients and consultants, capture lessons learned and identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Construction‑related degree (e.g., Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering) or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management or construction project delivery.
• Proven track record leading commercial office, retail or showroom fit‑out projects.
• Certification by the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) is preferred.
