Construction Manager (Electrical)

About the role

The Construction Manager (Electrical) leads and manages all electrical construction activities on semiconductor, data‑center, pharmaceutical and high‑tech facility projects, ensuring safe, on‑time and on‑budget delivery while meeting quality and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all electrical construction activities during project execution.
• Develop and monitor construction schedules, manpower plans and work progress.
• Coordinate site activities among clients, subcontractors, vendors and internal project teams to achieve milestones.
• Review electrical design and shop drawings, resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Manage installation of high‑to‑low voltage systems, UPS, emergency power, lighting, grounding, lightning protection and ELV systems.
• Ensure safety compliance with Exyte HSE standards and local regulations, conduct safety inspections and monitor subcontractor performance.
• Oversee quality inspections, testing, documentation and support commissioning and hand‑over activities.
• Control project budget, monitor manpower utilization, evaluate subcontractor claims and mitigate cost risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years of electrical construction experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience on semiconductor fab, data centre, pharmaceutical or high‑tech manufacturing projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and conversational English.
• Willingness to be assigned to any city in Taiwan.
