Commercial Finance Assistant Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Finance Assistant Manager to join Moët Hennessy’s North Asia finance team. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will act as the financial co‑pilot for the business, partnering with Sales, Customer Marketing and Leadership to drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with commercial teams to design deals that maximise revenue, profitability and ROI.
• Support contract negotiations and commercial business planning.
• Develop pricing architecture and channel investment strategies based on market dynamics and profitability analysis.
• Conduct scenario modelling and evaluate growth initiatives, ensuring financial rigor and post‑implementation reviews.
• Monitor commercial and financial KPIs linked to revenue growth initiatives, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Lead the development and implementation of pricing strategies and optimise trade terms across customers and channels.
• Analyse the effectiveness of promotions, trade deals and trade‑marketing activations, providing insights for future activities.
• Manage commercial investment governance processes, from proposal to validation of incentive payments, and lead Investment Committee meetings.
