About the role

Everest Clinical Research is seeking a dedicated Clinical Trial IWRS Monitor to join its Brightech location in Taipei. The role supports the Everest IWRS/IRT and eDiary teams, providing full‑time, permanent assistance from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m., with the possibility to work remotely under the company’s Work‑from‑Home policy.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for CTT users via the Helpdesk telephone and email.
• Analyse client requests, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with CTT developers and internal data‑management teams.
• Perform daily automated data‑query checks and weekly manual data reviews to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Manage database and application changes using formal change‑control procedures and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Act as the off‑hours escalation point for junior IWRS monitors or outsourced call‑centre staff.
• Generate, maintain, and review CTT Requirements Specification documents.
• Plan, develop, and execute test plans, test scripts, and Stage I/II testing for new or modified CTT applications.

• Committed, skilled, and customer‑focused professional.
• Available to work the specified shift (12 p.m. – 7 p.m.) and participate in rotational off‑hours support.
• Ability to work onsite in Taipei with occasional remote work according to policy.
• Strong attention to detail and systematic approach to data quality monitoring.
