Clinical Enrolment Manager (CEM) – Contract Role

About the role

The Clinical Enrolment Manager (CEM) will work directly with clinical trial sites to boost patient recruitment and retention. This contract position (minimum one‑year) combines virtual coaching with on‑site visits to ensure studies stay on track globally.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on recruitment and retention support tailored to each site’s needs.
• Conduct community outreach and on‑site visits to raise trial awareness among healthcare professionals and the public.
• Lead site‑optimization calls to identify new recruitment strategies and remove barriers.
• Assist sites in mapping patient pathways, distributing materials, and organizing pre‑screening activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with sites to keep momentum and motivation high.
• Report call outcomes and follow‑up actions accurately and on time.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in clinical research or related fields.
• Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Reliable internet connection and willingness to travel within the country.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word or Google Docs.
• Familiarity with Skype or similar communication platforms.
