职位概况

Coupang 台灣業務持續成長，Catalog Onboarding 團隊負責將不同來源的商品資料轉換為符合品質要求的目錄資料。此職缺需使用 SQL 與 Python 處理及分析資料，維護 ETL 資料流程，並透過自動化降低重複性作業與人工作業風險。

主要职责

開發與優化 SQL 查詢，提升商品目錄與營運資料的查詢效能
維護 ETL 資料流程，處理資料擷取、轉換、驗證、載入及異常重跑
整合多來源商品資料，處理欄位對應、格式不一致、重複紀錄與資料衝突
建立資料品質檢核機制，追蹤並修正資料完整性問題
自動化日常資料作業，加入驗證、監控與例外處理機制
建立營運指標、儀表板與報表，提出改善建議

任职要求

具備 SQL 查詢開發與效能優化經驗
具備 ETL 或資料管線開發維護經驗
能整合多來源結構化資料並處理欄位差異與衝突
具備資料流程自動化經驗
能從資料中辨識模式與異常，並將營運需求轉化為指標與行動建議
具備儀表板或商業報表開發經驗
曾在資料工作中使用生成式 AI 或提示工程
具備商務英文能力

必备技能

SQL 查詢開發與優化
ETL 資料管線維護
Python（偏好）
Google Sheets 自動化（加分）
