Business Process Consultant – SAP SuccessFactors

About the role

You will develop expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and HR business processes, mapping HR workflows to system requirements, supporting end‑to‑end module configurations, and communicating clearly between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SuccessFactors implementations across core modules such as Employee Central and Performance & Goals.
• Analyze business requirements, configure the system, conduct testing, and manage go‑live activities.
• Provide post‑go‑live user training and address any issues that arise.
• Work directly with clients to translate business needs into effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Assess existing HR processes, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, HR or a related field with 0–2 years of SuccessFactors implementation experience.
• Fluency in English; Japanese language skills are a strong asset.
• Demonstrated curiosity for HR digital transformation and a willingness to learn.
