Business Development Manager

About the role

Flex is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth of its Power Module portfolio in Taiwan. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and driving revenue in high‑growth markets such as data centers and AI infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies for Power Module products across targeted market segments.
• Identify, qualify, and win new customers while expanding business within existing accounts.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet bookings, revenue, and growth targets.
• Analyze market trends, customer roadmaps, competitor activity and emerging technologies to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain and Product Management to create differentiated solutions.
• Lead customer engagements including opportunity qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, quotation reviews and commercial negotiations.
• Support RFQ/RFI processes, coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure timely, competitive responses.
• Maintain accurate opportunity, forecasting and activity data in Salesforce CRM.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 8+ years of business development or sales experience, preferably in power electronics or related high‑tech sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving pipeline, booking and revenue targets.
• Strong executive‑level relationship building and negotiation skills.
