Associate Patient & Site Services Manager

About the role

IQVIA is hiring an Associate Patient & Site Services Manager in Taipei. The role performs, manages and coordinates activities for assigned opportunities and projects, including data mining and analysis, and trains and supports new team members.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure IQVIA planning services give a competitive edge in winning new business, taking independent responsibility for commitments on future studies through accurate country, site or enrollment strategies for RFPs, early engagements, re-bids and potentially awarded studies.
• Support the development of materials for feasibility or site lists and enrollment strategies for customer bid defense meetings and internal customers such as Therapeutic Strategy Leads and Medical Leads.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and IQVIA project teams to resolve issues.
• Research therapeutic areas using databases, scientific literature and expert medical knowledge, then lead planning meetings with Medical Directors, Therapeutic Strategy Leads, Business Developers, Sales Staff and Program Directors.
• Undertake therapeutic training, keep up with clinical research developments, train and support new team members, and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or biological science required.
• 3 years of related experience in clinical research, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Clinical or project management experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of medical terminology, GCP, FDA regulations and the drug development process.
• In-depth understanding of clinical research.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, fluent English report writing, strong computer literacy and ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
