Associate Manager, Sales Learning & Development – Surgery

About the role

The Associate Manager of Sales Learning & Development – Surgery will translate global learning strategies into local programs that boost sales effectiveness, product expertise, and launch readiness for Johnson & Johnson MedTech surgical solutions. Working closely with sales, marketing, clinical and regional teams, you will design and deliver blended learning experiences that empower the commercial force.

Key responsibilities

• Convert global and regional learning strategies into localized deployment plans and execution roadmaps.
• Design, adapt and deliver blended learning solutions, including field‑based training, simulation labs, virtual modules and certification programs.
• Facilitate hands‑on training sessions, case discussions and competency assessments to ensure high‑quality learning outcomes.
• Manage and expand a trainer network to provide consistent coaching and support across the sales organization.
• Monitor program effectiveness, gather feedback and continuously improve learning content.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales enablement, learning & development or commercial training within a MedTech or healthcare environment.
• Strong ability to partner with cross‑functional stakeholders such as sales, marketing, and clinical teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on delivering impactful training.
• Analytical mindset to assess training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
