Assistant Manager, Sales & Admin

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Sales & Admin will support sales growth and customer engagement for Goodpack Taiwan. Working closely with the General Manager and sales teams, the role manages day‑to‑day customer relationships, contract renewals and ensures a smooth experience while also providing office administration support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ongoing interactions with assigned customers, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Support contract management and renewal processes under guidance of the General Manager.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and assist in achieving sales targets.
• Track customer activity, demand forecasts and order flow, maintaining accurate records in CRM and assisting pipeline tracking.
• Assist in the full sales cycle, including collection of account receivables.
• Prepare monthly rental data, organise Quarterly Business Reviews and follow up on action items.
• Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including documentation, scheduling and coordination of meetings.
• Support local office operations and act as the main liaison for overseas back‑office functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management or a customer‑facing role, preferably B2B.
• Strong willingness to learn, proactive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent business English communication, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
