Assistant Manager – E‑Commerce & Digital Sales

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to lead KFC’s in‑store digital sales, e‑voucher initiatives and e‑commerce projects. The role focuses on growing digital revenue, improving the customer journey and delivering cross‑functional projects.

Key responsibilities

• Execute KFC in‑store digital sales (Kiosk/BYOD) strategy to meet annual targets.
• Enhance digital ordering and user experience, collaborating with marketing, UX and DTS teams.
• Increase ticket average and conversion rate through UI/UX improvements and add‑on projects.
• Drive growth of PK e‑voucher sales and redemption via strategic planning, channel communication and performance measurement (ROAS/ROI).
• Develop and implement projects to boost online‑order (OLO) sales, measured by ROAS/ROI.
• Collaborate with data team for deeper analysis and sales optimisation.
• Lead digital projects, coordinating cross‑functional teams and establishing SOPs.
• Produce regular performance reports and manage day‑to‑day kiosk, BYOD and e‑voucher operations with operations, marketing and DTS teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in e‑commerce or digital platforms.
• Proven experience launching digital initiatives and managing projects.
• Strong interest in marketing and technology.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all organisational levels and adapt quickly to change.
• Good verbal and written English.
