Assistant Manager eCom Merchandising

About the role

The Assistant Manager, eCommerce Merchandising, will drive online growth by shaping product assortments, pricing, and promotional strategies across digital channels. You will work closely with buying, supply chain, and digital teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience that maximizes sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute eCommerce merchandising strategies, including Open‑to‑Buy planning and product lifecycle management.
• Analyze sell‑through, inventory performance and product trends to optimize revenue and reduce stock risk.
• Oversee allocation, replenishment and stock transfers between channels, coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams.
• Partner with brand site, platform and digital marketing teams to improve product visibility, pricing, promotions and conversion.
• Identify and implement process automation and system enhancements for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (DTC Buying, Category Management, Finance, etc.) and manage third‑party vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in eCommerce merchandising, buying or planning.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent project management and cross‑functional leadership abilities.
• Passion for sports and sports fashion.
