Assistant Key Account Manager

About the role

The Assistant Key Account Manager will be responsible for the Personal Care Stores (PCS) channel across all Henkel consumer brands, working closely with customers and internal teams to drive growth and market responsiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Personal Care Stores (PCS) channel for all Henkel consumer brands, ensuring strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Execute company strategies such as product placements, promotions and new product launches, providing market feedback to the business.
• Analyze and optimise trade spending to meet ROI targets and deliver positive P&L outcomes.
• Forecast customer demand, develop supply plans and ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• More than 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in personal‑care store management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to present quarterly updates in English to regional teams.
