APAC DAN Marketing Enabler

About the role

The APAC Disease Area Network (DAN) Marketing Enabler will help optimise the care experience for cancer patients across the Asia‑Pacific region. Working within Roche’s integrated health ecosystem, the role bridges pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, digital health and data solutions to deliver value for patients, health systems and the company.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize the overall care experience for patients with cancer.
• Collaborate with a complex set of internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop, drive and monitor the customer value proposition for integrated health solutions.
• Coordinate and steward the integrated marketing plan for the Disease Area.
• Catalyse rapid solutions to gaps in the patient journey (diagnostics, digital health, treatments, distribution/supply) by leveraging enterprise knowledge and resources.
• Participate in cross‑border collaborations across APAC and contribute to virtual, cross‑functional work‑package teams.
• Help realise and scale country outcomes while being a member of the APAC network model.
• Foster a self‑managed, innovative, agile, and customer‑centric team culture focused on discovery, experimentation and learning.
