职位概况
PwC 数据与分析工程团队招聘 AI 软件工程师，负责研发大型语言模型（LLM）及 AI Agent 系统，推动 AI 技术在业务场景中的落地。
主要职责
- 研究并开发 LLM 技术，进行模型微调与性能优化。
- 设计并实现 AI Agent 系统，整合多模态数据与工具链。
- 参与自有 AI 产品开发，负责功能实现。
- 承担后端开发，编写 API、数据处理流程并完成系统集成。
- 与跨部门合作，将 AI 技术落地到实际业务。
- 持续跟踪 AI/ML 前沿技术，提出创新解决方案。
任职要求
- 精通 Python，熟悉面向对象编程。
- 具备 LLM、NLP、AI Agent 开发经验，熟悉 LangChain 或类似框架。
- 熟练使用深度学习框架（PyTorch、TensorFlow）。
- 拥有后端开发经验，熟悉 RESTful API、SQL/NoSQL 数据库及云服务（AWS、Azure、GCP）。
- 具备良好的问题解决能力和团队合作精神。
