职位概况

PwC Consulting 招募具备产业分析、市场调研与 AI 数位转型跨域视野的顾问，协助政府规划智慧治理蓝图，推动企业通过 AI 工具实现数字化升级。

主要职责

依据项目目标规划数字转型与 AI 发展策略。
执行推动方案，管控项目进度、质量及时程。
协助组织优化业务流程，规划 AI 工具导入路径。
设计并推动 AI 培训工作坊，制定部门学习课程，培养内部种子教练。

任职要求

拥有商管、资管、企管相关领域的硕士学位。
3 年以上策略、AI/数字转型相关经验。
熟悉 AI 工具的应用场景及 Prompt/流程设计。

必备技能

AI 工具应用与流程设计能力。
