Accounting Manager

About the role

Zuellig Pharma seeks an Accounting Manager to lead the Principal Accounting Team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with International Accounting Standards and regional requirements. The role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across multiple Asian markets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Principal Accounting Team to deliver timely and accurate reporting and client charges per contractual terms.
• Provide financial support and coordinate with regional teams, auditors, tax authorities, government officials, and principals.
• Ensure all transactions comply with local regulations and corporate accounting policies.
• Review and supervise master data maintenance, including vendor/customer records, service codes, and pricing information.
• Supervise accounting, income tax, and other tax matters for one subsidiary.
• Design and improve operational workflows for new and existing clients.
• Support special projects and corporate initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 6 years experience in a multinational company, including 2 years audit experience in a CPA firm.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Self‑motivated and able to work under pressure.
