Account Manager – Client Relations & Business Development

About the role

As an Account Manager at Lemtech Holdings, you will be the primary liaison between the company and its key customers across the automotive, 3C, and cloud server sectors. You will nurture long‑term relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure seamless delivery of projects from concept to mass production.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with existing clients to build mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Visit clients to understand their product plans, needs, and future project opportunities.
• Handle RFQs, prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and confirm commercial terms.
• Monitor client forecasts and orders, coordinating internal resources to meet demand.
• Support clients throughout sample, NPI, trial production, and mass‑production stages.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Procurement and other departments to track project progress.
• Address quality, delivery, and other client issues, driving corrective actions and providing timely feedback.
• Identify and develop new products or projects within existing accounts to grow revenue.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business or channel development and sales target achievement.
• Strong ability to gather market intelligence and present products effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).

Required skills

• Fluent English proficiency.
