职位概况
Garena 二次元团队正在为即将上线的《魔物猎人：旅人》招聘用户获取专员，负责手机游戏的广告投放与效果优化，合同期限为一年。
主要职责
- 根据产品目标搭建并管理 User Acquisition 广告 campaign，设置受众、预算并进行日常优化。
- 监控 CPI、ROAS、LTV 等关键指标，整理平台与素材表现并据此调整投放策略。
- 与设计、产品团队协作，推动广告素材上线、测试并根据效果优化素材方向。
- 制定不同产品阶段的投放节奏与素材策略，支持预预约、正式上线及后期运营。
- 主动探索新广告平台、投放工具及 AI 应用，挖掘增长机会。
任职要求
- 具备广告投放实务经验，熟悉手游投放效果指标与优化逻辑。
- 熟悉 Meta、Google Ads、TikTok 等主流或新兴广告平台，乐于尝试新工具。
- 对广告素材与玩家行为有好奇心，能基于数据进行测试与迭代。
- 能够独立完成任务，对细节敏感，执行力强。
