职位概况
负责亚太地区风电塔筒及原材料的采购工作，执行从询价、招标到合同签订的全流程，需在跨国团队中使用英文沟通。
主要职责
- 依据全球品类经理策略，开发并评估亚太地区潜在供应商。
- 组织报价请求、招标、比价及授标工作。
- 负责供应商谈判、合同谈判及拍卖。
- 在SAP、ARIBA、TeamCenter中维护合同及主数据。
- 进行品类采购控制、供应商评估与持续改进。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，商务或工程类专业优先。
- 2年以上国际环境采购经验，1年以上国际采购经验。
- 能够在中英文双语工作环境中自如沟通，具备出色的谈判与危机处理能力。
- 能够接受30%出差。
必备技能
- 熟练使用MS Office。
- 熟悉SAP系统。
- 熟悉ARIBA平台。
- 了解TeamCenter系统。
