Technician – HVAC Service & Maintenance

About the role

Carrier Global Corporation, a world‑leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, is seeking a Technician to support its HVAC and refrigeration services. The role focuses on testing, adjusting, maintaining, and troubleshooting air‑conditioning and refrigeration equipment for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform test runs, adjustments, preventive maintenance, and daily upkeep of refrigeration and air‑conditioning systems.
• Respond to emergency service calls, diagnose equipment faults, and carry out repairs.
• Prepare service records and reports for the direct supervisor, confirming completed work and progress.
• Conduct on‑site equipment inspections, testing, and documentation; promptly report any abnormalities.
• Provide customers with advice and support related to equipment maintenance and repairs.

Required profile

• No specific academic degree required; a background in engineering or related fields is advantageous.
• Prior experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or plumbing maintenance is preferred.
