About the role

Good Finance is seeking a thoughtful and empathetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team. You will help embed the company’s people‑first philosophy into every hiring process, ensuring a positive and authentic experience for candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Understand company culture and talent needs to proactively identify and attract suitable candidates.
• Build meaningful relationships with candidates and deliver a collaborative recruiting experience.
• Research talent market trends and provide insights to shape hiring strategies.
• Manage job postings across multiple recruitment platforms.
• Plan and execute employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment events.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Approximately 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in recruitment.
• Knowledge of local labor laws (e.g., Taiwan Labor Standards Act) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Curious, humble, and eager to uncover root causes of challenges.
