职位概况
USI 正在招聘线上面试的招募管理师/高級管理師，负责人才获取与雇主品牌推广，工作地点在南投，首月需现场办公，后可申请远程。
主要职责
- 通过 LinkedIn、Yourator 等渠道建立并维护人才网络，快速满足招聘需求。
- 与业务主管合作评估岗位需求，提供招聘策略建议。
- 主动寻找并吸引被动人才，建立人才库。
- 进行行为面试和电话筛选，评估技术与软实力。
- 规划未来招聘需求，持续维护合格候选人管道。
任职要求
- 至少两年完整招聘流程经验，ICT 行业经验佳。
- 熟悉人才搜寻与评估技巧，具备良好沟通能力。
- 能够在快速、动态的环境中工作。
- 具备市场情报收集能力，能建立强大人才网络。
必备技能
- Power BI 使用经验（加分项）。
