Site Security Manager

About the role

Pinkerton is seeking a Site Security Manager to lead physical security operations at a major global client’s campus. The role ensures a safe working environment, supports business objectives, and acts as the primary security liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support for physical security, implementing site security plans, risk assessments, and training programs.
• Liaise with law‑enforcement, government, consular and private agencies to enhance security operations.
• Manage daily on‑site security staff, coordinate incident response, and support the Regional Security Manager during emergencies.
• Oversee access‑control systems, troubleshoot issues, and manage access‑card administration.
• Conduct periodic vendor reviews to ensure quality service delivery and maintain effective communication across business units.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least five years of corporate security operations experience.
• Bilingual in English and the local language.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills; client‑oriented and results‑driven.
• Proven ability to prioritize duties and adapt to evolving environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with access‑control systems and access‑card management.
• System troubleshooting capabilities.
