Site Inventory Control Engineer – OMT Planning

About the role

Micron Technology seeks an OMT Planning Site Inventory Control Engineer to oversee production line performance, improve inventory health, and drive data‑based decisions across its Taiwan manufacturing site.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production line performance, identify improvement opportunities, and lead initiatives to boost efficiency and quality.
• Use advanced analytics, scheduling optimization, and reporting tools to strengthen site inventory health and support supply‑chain stability.
• Partner with engineering teams to enhance inventory performance through business‑process improvements, scheduling logic development, and data‑driven reporting.
• Build and implement dashboards and analytical reports that provide actionable insights for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience in data‑visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, scheduling principles, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities across departments.
• Background in semiconductor manufacturing or high‑volume production environments, with familiarity in business‑process improvement and project‑management methodologies.
