职位概况
负责轮班期间的设备监控与异常处理，执行设备故障分析与排除，提供第一线技术支援，缩短设备复机时间。
主要职责
- 生产设备维护与异常处理，执行设备故障分析与排除（Troubleshooting），提供第一线技术支援。
- 设备稼动率改善，监控设备运行状况并分析停机原因，推动设备改善项目提升 OEE。
- 预防保养管理，执行设备 PM，确保保养质量与时程，追踪设备零件寿命及备品管理。
- 制程与品质异常支援，配合生产部门处理设备相关品质异常，协助设备验证及制程确认。
- 文件与系统管理，维护设备履历、维修记录及交接班记录，更新设备 SOP、PM 检查表及相关技术文件。
- 持续改善，参与 Cost Saving、设备优化及自动化改善项目，推动 Error Proofing 与设备可靠度提升。
