Service Operation Supervisor

About the role

KLA, which makes inspection tools and metrology systems for the semiconductor industry, is hiring a Service Operation Supervisor in Hsinchu. The role sits within the KLA Services team, which covers service sales, marketing, spares supply chain, field operations, engineering, product training, digital solutions and analytics, and technical product support. It is open to both early-career professionals and experienced people.

Key responsibilities

• Observe and execute service business processes and procedures.
• Reduce the billable collection cycle time.
• Lead and oversee the end-to-end quotation process for spare parts and service contracts, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness and alignment with regional business objectives.
• Govern contract lifecycle management, including timely CRM booking after receiving customer purchase orders and robust internal tracking and compliance.
• Act as an escalation point for customer issues and disputes, resolving them through cross-functional coordination while keeping strong customer relationships.
• Ensure data governance and system integrity across customer, contract and transactional databases.
• Oversee billing operations, including invoice and credit note generation, in line with corporate policies and financial controls.
• Lead operational support functions, champion continuous improvement, process optimization, automation and improved customer experience.

Required profile

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications.
• Strong analytical and process-oriented skills, excellent communication skills at all levels, proactive attitude.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, spoken and written.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system.
