Senior VIP Relationship Manager (Web3)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior VIP Relationship Manager to deliver high‑touch relationship management and dedicated account support for our highest‑value clients. The role is ideal for professionals with a background in crypto/digital assets, private banking, wealth management, fintech, or brokerage services who have proven experience managing High‑Net‑Worth Individuals (HNWIs) or key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term, trusted relationships with HNWIs and high‑volume traders.
• Serve as the dedicated contact for VIP inquiries across chat, email, and calls, addressing complex platform and product questions.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of client requests, troubleshooting operational or technical issues with speed and precision.
• Anticipate client needs, gather actionable feedback, and deliver customized concierge‑level support.
• Act as the bridge between VIP clients and internal teams (Trading, Business Development, Product, Operations, Compliance) to ensure swift problem resolution.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine workflows, VIP tiering strategies, and operational frameworks to elevate service standards.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of client‑facing experience in crypto exchanges, private banking, wealth management, fintech, or brokerage, serving HNWIs or VIP clients.
• Strong understanding of financial or digital‑asset products, market dynamics, and trading operations.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Proven problem‑solving ability and emotional intelligence under high‑pressure situations.
• Demonstrated maturity, discretion, and strict confidentiality when handling sensitive financial accounts.
