About the role
The Senior Test Engineer will be the technical owner of the test program and act as the local expert, driving improvements in test cost, coverage, yield, flexibility and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Lead test program ownership and deliver test improvements across cost, coverage, yield and flexibility.
- Debug and perform root‑cause analysis for customer returns on ATE and production issues.
- Collaborate with Business Line and product engineering to release test programs, hardware and ensure manufacturable, high‑quality solutions.
- Manage test hardware/software changes for test house transfers or new platform conversions.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of device behavior and functionality to efficiently develop debugging or test solutions.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams to meet time‑to‑market and cost targets.
Required skills
- Automated Test Equipment (ATE) debugging and root‑cause analysis.
- Test hardware and software development and change management.
