Senior Public Relations Executive (Fragrance & Beauty)

About the role

The Senior Public Relations Executive will support the PR Manager in shaping and executing PR strategies for our fragrance and beauty portfolio. This role focuses on enhancing brand equity, visibility and cultural relevance across fragrance, skincare, and makeup categories.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing PR communication plans aligned with product launches and brand objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with editors, journalists, influencers and media partners to secure quality coverage.
• Coordinate media logistics, including sample trafficking, product loans and press inquiries.
• Support influencer and celebrity partnership activities that align with brand communication goals.
• Execute content plans, monitor budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Organise PR events and activations in collaboration with internal stakeholders, agencies and local teams.
• Prepare monthly media clippings, PR reports and exposure analyses.
• Monitor visual production quality and ensure brand image consistency across all content.

Required profile

• Proven experience in public relations or communications, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods sector.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with regional and global teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
